- I'am unable to Register due to javascript error
Disable script debugging.
To turn off the Scripting Debugger in Internet Explorer 6, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Advanced tab, click to select the Disable script debugging check box. and then click OK .
To turn off notification about every script error in Internet Explorer 7, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- On the Advanced tab, click to clear the Display a notification about every script error check box, and then click OK.
- I get a message "Username already exists"
Account Email with which you are trying to register already exists in our database. If you don't remember your login details, use "Forgot Password" link to retrieve your login details.
- I get a message "Your account is inactive... Please follow the steps provided in the registration mail sent to you to activate your account.."
After successful registration, it is necessary for us to verify your email. Please click on the activation link provided in the registration mail. If you don't have it, click on "Forgot Password" link to get the activation link.
- I don't remember my username/password?
Click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email with which you had registered to get the activation link.
- I'am facing problem in filling the profile?
